Project Estimator

We’re looking for a Project Estimator to join our team and help us accurately forecast costs and timelines for upcoming projects. If you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with estimating tools and project planning, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years Experience
  • Prepare quotations/bids/proposals in coordination with sales and design teams
  • Proficient in reading architectural drawings and project specifications for furniture related projects
  • Understanding and preparing accurate Bill of Quantities from project drawings
  • Reading and interpreting RFQ requirements
  • Ensuring no discrepancy between project drawing and quotation prepared
  • Engaging with suppliers and sub-contractors to secure optimal pricing and favourable terms in timely manner
  • Processing orders with accuracy in coordination with procurement
  • Interact with design team on day-to-day basis for drawing and quotation revisionsPreparing and maintaining periodic sales reports and project references record
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience in estimation; experience as a sales coordinator or in pricing related positions will be considered a plus
  • Exceptional skills and knowledge of working with advanced formulas in Excel
  • Proficiency in English with good communication skills both written and verbal
  • A good team player with high level of dedication
  • Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
