Consultation and Concept Development
LEAP provides consultation for fundamental concept development, that involves generation, refinement and articulation of ideas. Concept development serves as a bridge between a planner’s vision and physical structure that emerges from it. This phase is deeply rooted in addressing functionality and sustainability. It influences every decision made throughout the project life cycle, from selection of material to the integration of various aspects of a functional laboratory.
At LEAP the process of developing a concept is inherently collaborative, involving all stakeholders. Through this collaborative effort the concept becomes a shared vision that guides the collective efforts to build a harmonious and meaningful working space.
Design & Estimation
Design involves creating a blueprint or plan of a conceptualized project. LEAP’s design team encompasses visualizing the form, functions and aesthetics of a laboratory and transform it into a layout. The design phase includes making layouts, elevations, 3D modeling and refining of ideas until a cohesive vision emerges. This stage is essential to strike a balance between concept and practicality.
Once the design phase is completed, the estimation teams takes over. Estimation team analyzes project scope, review data and creates estimates. These are then presented to the customer as proposals for consideration. Design and estimation go hand in hand in ensuring that the project is well conceived, adequately planned and successfully executed.
Project Management & Supervision
LEAP’s project execution team is well versed and experienced in managing and executing simple and complex projects. Our team of Project Managers and Supervisors oversee the entire project life cycle, from initiation to closure. Effective supervision maintains project momentum, minimizes errors and ensures that the end result aligns with the original vision. We ensure efficient collaboration and successful execution of the project, to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Installation & Commissioning
Our team of experienced and skilled installers under the guidance and watchful eyes of supervisors and project managers ensures successful deployment of the laboratory facility. The team with active involvement of Supervisor maintains comprehensive documentation at various stage of installation. The team ensures compliance to all necessary safety, testing, operational and regulatory procedures. The end result is physical, tangible and functional facility that was articulated at the concept stage.
